Hatha yoga utilizing the Great Wall of Yoga system which combines the use of straps, harnesses and accessories to improve alignment and create space in the spine.

Use small balls and soft foam rollers to experience the neurofascial network. Learn how to hydrate and lengthen connective tissue without pain. Help reverse the effects of daily living and repetitive patterns.

Wall Work

Strengthen, tone and release areas of tension in the body. A variety of tools will be used including balls, rollers, resistance bands, and the Great Wall of Yoga.
